We have teamed up with FedEx to deliver our goods on a trackable service. We do not like use jiffy bags and the postal service! Our trackable consignments, and signed for service ensures the order gets to you in the required time. Many of our customers are businessess and its important to them they can rely on our delivery. As our products can be bulky we have a variety of delivery charges based upon the weight of your overall order. You will be shown delivery options at the checkout. You have the choice of either a next working day service, or a two working day service, and the cost is based on the weight and volume of your order.
For smaller orders for less than 1kg our minimum Standard FedEx Delivery is a 2 working day service - £4.50
For orders up to 4kg our Standard FedEx Delivery is a 2 working day service - £6
For up to 25kg Standard FedEx Delivery is a 2 working day service - £7.95
For a Guaranteed Next Working Day FedEx Service for up to 25kg - £9.50 ( * orders placed before 2pm * )
We can also offer you Guaranteed Next Working Day Pre 10am and Pre 12pm at additional cost for those URGENT deliveries. We even offer a Saturday delivery for your convenience. ( * orders placed before 2pm *)
If you would prefer to collect from our Leicester Depot ( UK ), it would be lovely to see you, and this service is FREE. We will contact you directly to inform you your goods are ready for collection within office hours.
For larger orders over 25kg and up to 1000kg we can offer a 2 box, 3 box and 4 box rate. For very bulky orders we recommend a pallet delivery, please contact us directly for a competitive pallet delivery quote, as these can be weight and postcode dependent.
For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service. For orders in these locations over 75kg please do contact us directly for a quote.

Yes, all UK Next Working Day orders need to be placed before 2pm the day before the required delivery date. (Subject to stock availability, card payment checks and authorization). These are guaranteed to be delivered by Fed Ex before 6pm next working week day. All our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please note our deliveries are Monday to Friday. We can offer a Saturday delivery at an additional cost. For urgent Next Day deliveries you could choose a pre 10am Next Day delivery or a pre Noon Next Working Day delivery. (Please note there are some post code restrictions our couriers have on next day deliveries, so for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland the delivery service is a 2 day service). Bank Holidays are not considered a 'Working Day' so do be aware when placing oorders over National Bank Holidays as the delivery may be affected.

Fed Ex will e mail when your parcel has been despatched with a consignment number for tracking. On delivery day they will leave a calling card if you are not available to sign for the goods. Fed Ex will automatically attempt delivery the following working day, unless you contact them directly with the calling card details to rearrange a more convenient delivery day. If you are not satisfied with your goods, ordered the wrong size, or simply don’t think they will meet your requirements, simply return them to us within 3 days of purchase and we will either exchange or refund you no questions asked (please note that items damaged through use cannot be refunded). We do recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return your items and insure the returned items as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage.

We have a warehouse full of 1000’s of items of stock, however, if for some unforeseen circumstance, we do not have the stock to meet your order, you will be contacted directly, and either offered an alternative or given an estimated lead time. We do not take payment until the goods are ready to be dispatched. We can part ship for you; however we prefer to wait until all items are in stock before we dispatch the goods to you. All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order. All our products are listed on our web site excluding VAT. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged at 20% on all orders. VAT is applied to our courier charges, as it is a vatable service, and is not exempt. If you are ordering from the European Union, we do require a VAT number for validation, in order for VAT to be waivered.
Yes, we can deliver to 17 countries throughout Europe and Scandinavia with our FedEx European Parcel Road Service for orders less than 30kg. Europe and Scandinavia are split up into Zones, please have a look at the table and map which are colour coded to indicate the relevant transit time and costs per consignment from the UK.

Online Orders - Yes all orders placed through our website, will have a UK VAT charge added on, on the current UK rate of 20%.
Orders placed via our sales office
1. Within the EU - We are required by UK Law to validate your EU VAT NUMBER in order to process your order. This validation service is not available on our website, and we would kindly request you enquire at the following e mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org with your member state code and your VAT number.
2. Outside the EU – Placing an order from countries outside the EU, is VAT exempt, and in order to ensure you are not charged UK VAT, then please make your enquiry to our sales office, with our product code, quantity you require, and your address. email@example.com
We can take this order by e mail, or by telephone, and we would require your EU VAT number in order to validate the order, and make it VAT exempt. We do not offer this service online, but please contact our sales office for more advice: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any orders taken through our website will be charged VAT at 20% are not exempt.
*For non EU destinations ( Norway and Switzerland ) a customs clearance charge of £25 per consignment has already been included in the Shipping Rate.
We are partnered with FedEx Europe and the Euro Express Network who are able to provide you with robust pan European road network coverage.
Different countries have different transit times. Take a look at the table above which is colour coded to indicate the varying zones. Countries within zone 1 will take between 2 to 3 days, for example, compared to Zone 4 countries which may take up to 5 to 6 days.
If the transit times are unacceptable, and your order is urgent, please contact us directly to arrange for a competitive air shipment quote. Alternatively you can select the collect option on our shipment page during checkout, and arrange for your own courier to collect from our UK DEPOT. If you select collection, we will be in contact by e mail to arrange collection date and times.
We would ask you to contact our sales office by e mail, ( email@example.com )as we can then give you an accurate shipping quote for your order. For example orders going to USA will be by air, and in order to give you an accurate quote, we are required to calculate the volumetric weight. This service is not available on line, so please send our sales team an enquiry, along with the product code and quantity of goods you require, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will then request payment by Bank Transfer, and will dispatch the goods upon receipt of full payment.
If your order is over 30kgs then our web site will automatically ask you contact us directly for a shipping quote, as FedEx are unable to use their Economy Road Service. We will offer you an alternative service, to ensure you receive your goods in time. If using the Fed Ex European Economy Service, we will e mail you once your goods have left our UK Depot, with a tracking consignment number. This tracking number enables you to log on and see where your goods are in the European network. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number, call our friendly team on +44 116 2764987 and we will provide you with the information you need. We have a no quibble returns policy which means if you are not satisfied with your goods, ordered the wrong size or simply don’t think they will meet your requirements, then you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase. We will either exchange or refund you no questions asked ( please note that items damaged by use cannot be refunded, and the original carriage charge will not be refunded )
