Can you deliver to Europe?


Yes, we can deliver to 21 countries throughout Europe and Scandinavia with our DPD European Parcel Road Service for orders up to 90kg. Our competitive rates to mainland Europe from under €16 are all shipped from the UK. Please be aware shipping rates may vary to the publicised rates owing to currency flucctuations. * Please be aware Transit Times are based upon working days, which are Monday to Friday, and these exclude any public holidays known as Bank Holidays in the UK, and any local holiday customs in the destination country.

Do you charge VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20%?


Within the EU - We are required by UK Law to validate your EU VAT NUMBER in order to process your order with no VAT charge. If you do not have a valid EU VAT Number we will have to charge you UK VAT at 20%. At the Checkout you will be able to validate your EU VAT number in order to be exempt from paying UK VAT. 

Outside the EU – Online orders are not accepted on the website, however placing an order from countries outside the EU, is VAT exempt, and in order to ensure you are not charged UK VAT, then please make your enquiry to our sales office, with our product code, quantity you require, and your address. or call 00-44-116-2764987


What if I want to place an order and have a valid EU VAT number?


At the checkout you will be asked to enter your EU VAT number which will automatically validate. A valid number will enable the order to proceed without a VAT charge applied at checkout. What is Customs Clearance?


*For non EU destinations ( Norway and Switzerland ) a customs clearance charge of £25 per consignment has already been included in the Shipping Rate.


What courier do you use in Europe?


We are partnered with DPD & Interlink who are able to provide you with robust pan European road network coverage.


How long will my order take to arrive?


Different countries have different transit times. Take a look at the table above which indicates the transit times per country. For pallet deliveries or urgent deliveries please contact us directly or 00-44-116-2764987


What if I want my delivery quicker?


If the transit times are unacceptable, and your order is urgent, please contact us directly to arrange for a competitive air shipment quote. Alternatively you can select the collect option on our shipment page during checkout, and arrange for your own courier to collect from our UK DEPOT. If you select collection, we will be in contact by e mail to arrange collection date and times.


What if I am not in Europe?


Dont worry we can still help you! We would ask you to contact our sales office by calling 00-44-116-2764987 or  by e mail as we can then give you an accurate shipping quote for your order. For example orders going to USA will be by air, and in order to give you an accurate quote, we are required to calculate the volumetric weight. This service is not available on line, so please send our sales team an enquiry, along with the product code and quantity of goods you require, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will then request payment by Bank Transfer, and will dispatch the goods upon receipt of full payment.


What if my order is over 60kgs and within Europe?


If your order is over 60kgs then our web site will automatically ask you contact us directly for a shipping quote, as DPD Interlink are unable to use their Economy Road Service. We will offer you an alternative service, to ensure you receive your goods in time. How do I track my delivery?


If using the DPD Interlink European Economy Service, we will e mail you once your goods have left our UK Depot, with a tracking consignment number. This tracking number enables you to log on and see where your goods are in the European network. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number, call our friendly team on +44 116 2764987 and we will provide you with the information you need. Alternatively e mail us with your query


Returns from Europe


Under EU Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel and return your order at any time within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will provide you with a full refund once you have returned the goods back to us. You must cover the cost of the returned goods and insurance in transit. Please download our returns form from here and include it in your package

If we do not receive the cancelled items back we will not offer you a full refind. If we do not receive the ordered items back in a saleable good condition, we withold the right to a full refind. Any damages must be reported back to us immediately.
