Grooved and Flanged Rail Wheels are wheels designed to run on tracks and rails, and offer a heavy duty solution to moving goods and machinery. We have v-grooved wheels for use on tracks, as well as pulley wheels that offer a more u-shaped curve for frictionless motion against cables. This range also consists of Grooved Cast Iron or Steel wheels which run an inverted iron tack. The Flanged Cast Iron Wheels and Steel Flanged Wheels run on rails and the steel wheels are supplied with an integral flanged beam. These 3 wheels are the powerhouse of Ross Handling, and can be supplied when no other wheel will do!
