This heavy-duty LAG stainless steel swivel castor is engineered specifically for food-processing and hygienic environments, where corrosion resistance, cleanability, and reliable load performance are essential. Manufactured by LAG, a premium European castor brand, this castor delivers outstanding quality, consistency and long service life in demanding industrial conditions.
Fitted with a 100 mm blue polyurethane wheel bonded to a nylon centre, it offers excellent wear resistance, low rolling resistance, and floor protection, making it ideal for stainless steel trolleys, food-handling equipment and wash-down areas. The polyurethane tread resists moisture, fats, oils and cleaning chemicals while remaining quiet and smooth in operation.
With a 250 kg load capacity per castor and precision ball bearings, this model provides efficient, low-friction rolling, even under continuous load. The 40 mm tread width and 137 mm total height ensure stability, control and compatibility with heavy-duty frames.
