Weight-Dependant Prices

You have the choice of either a next day/next working day service or a two working day service, and the cost is based on the weight, size and volume of your order. 

For smaller orders of less than 5kg, our minimum standard delivery is a 2 working day service at £6.95.

For orders up to 30kg, standard delivery is a 2 working day service at £8.95. Please note when purchasing single items such as wheelbarrow wheels, these will need to be shipped at our higher rate of £8.95 due to their size.

A guaranteed next working day service for up to 30kg is £10.45*.

For larger orders over 30kg and up to 240kg we can offer 2-8 box rates.

For orders between 240-1000kg, we offer a 3-day pallet delivery at £100.

For orders over 1000kg, please contact us directly for a competitive delivery quote as these can be weight and postcode dependent.


*Orders must be placed before 2pm on the previous working day. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers.


Next Day Delivery

We offer guaranteed next working day delivery services pre-10.30am and pre-12pm at additional cost for those urgent deliveries. We can even offer a Saturday delivery for your convenience*. The costs for these services can be calculated at checkout.

If you would prefer to collect for free from our UK Depot in Leicester, it would be lovely to see you. We will contact you directly to inform you when your goods are ready for collection within office hours.

UK Delivery Cost Exceptions

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands,  Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service. For orders in these locations over 90kg, please contact us directly for a quote.

The Scottish Highlands covers a vast area and transit times and charges quoted at checkout will be dependent upon your postcode. Some remote areas of Scotland may not technically be in the Highlands, however due to their remote nature the shipping cost at checkout may be quoted as though it were part of the Highlands.

UK Couriers

We have teamed up with DX & DHL to deliver our goods on a trackable service for all our UK standard and next working day deliveries. Our trackable consignments and signed-for service ensures the order gets to you reliably.


Tracking and Re-delivery

Our couriers will contact you with a consignment number when your parcel has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel directly with the courier, or contact us to get the information for you.

On delivery day they will leave a calling card if you are not available to sign for the goods. They will automatically attempt delivery the following working day, unless you contact them directly with the calling card details to rearrange a more convenient delivery day.


Changing Your Delivery Address

You can update your information on the DHL app or contact us (Please note delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day).

If you require any assistance with your delivery please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods, ordered the wrong size, or simply don’t think they will meet your requirements, simply return them to us along with your delivery note and a short explanation of why you require a refund within 28 days of purchase and we will either exchange the items or refund you.

We recommend that you contact us before sending the items back, just to be sure that we will be able to refund you. Please note that items damaged through use cannot be refunded.

We do recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return your items and insure them as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged whilst in transit to us. You should retain proof of postage and note that we cannot guarantee to be able to reimburse you for the cost of the return postage. Refunds generally will not include the cost of the original delivery method.

Please be aware returns of sack trucks, trolleys and mobile steps are liable to a restocking charge.

You can pay online using PayPal and any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Switch or Solo account.

Alternatively, you can call us and make payment over the phone, or visit our Leicester depot and pay at our trade counter.

Out of Stock Alternatives

We pride ourselves on having thousands of items in stock. However, if for some reason we do not have the stock to meet your order, you will be contacted directly and either offered an alternative or given an estimated lead time.

If your order is placed directly with our sales team, then we will not take payment until the goods are ready to be dispatched. We can part ship for you, however we do prefer to wait until all items are in stock before we dispatch the goods to you if this is acceptable. If you would prefer separate shipments, we can of course arrange this for you.

If no alternative solution is acceptable to you and you have already paid, you will be offered you a full refund. Click here for our contact details.


Cancelling Your Order

All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it.

If you require additional items, you can place a new order. If you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them as part of our returns policy.

All of our products are listed on our web site excluding VAT. An including VAT price is also visible on all product pages.

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged at 20% on all orders within the UK. VAT is applied to our courier charges, as it is a vatable service, and is not exempt. This is included in the shipping rate you pay at checkout.
