This heavy-duty LAG stainless steel swivel castor is designed for high load capacity, smooth manoeuvrability and excellent corrosion resistance in demanding industrial and hygienic environments. Manufactured by LAG, a premium European castor brand, it delivers exceptional build quality, reliability and long service life under continuous heavy use.
Fitted with a 175 mm blue polyurethane wheel bonded to a nylon centre, this castor provides low rolling resistance, excellent wear resistance and floor protection, even under substantial loads. The polyurethane tread (87 Shore A) offers effective shock absorption while resisting moisture, oils, fats and cleaning chemicals, making it ideal for wash-down and food-related environments.
With a 500 kg load capacity per castor and precision ball bearings, it ensures smooth, low-effort rolling and dependable swivel performance. The 40 mm tread width, 236 mm total height and generous 170 mm swivel radius deliver excellent stability and control for heavy machinery and equipment bases.
