Our 5000 Series extra heavy-duty castor wheels deliver outstanding strength, durability, and manoeuvrability, making them the powerhouse of our castor range. Engineered for demanding applications, they offer load capacities from 300kg to 800kg per castor, and when fitted to a trolley with four 200mm polyurethane wheels, they can move loads of up to 2.5 tonnes with ease.

Available in swivel, fixed, and braked configurations, the range provides maximum versatility. The braked versions include a foot-operated total-stop brake, locking both the swivel head and the wheel for enhanced stability. With wheel sizes of 125mm, 160mm, and 200mm, there’s a solution for every heavy-duty requirement.
