Stainless Steel Castors

We offer the largest range of competitively priced stainless steel castors to meet all applications. Our stainless casters range is available in swivel, swivel with brake and fixed. No matter your application we have an option for you with our collection ranging in sizes from 60mm up to 200mm offering a max weigh capacity of 800kg per castor. Stainless steel casters are well-known for being resistant to corrosion and will not rust meaning they meet strict health and safety regulations. Stainless steel castor wheels are a popular choice for medical hospital and institutional environments, schools, laboratories, catering, outdoor applications, clean room environments, and food environments as we also offer a range of heat resistant castors in stainless steel frames for ranges from -40° to +280°.

Our stainless steel castors are designed for environments where hygiene, water resistance and corrosion protection are essential. Manufactured in high-quality 304 and 316 stainless steel, these castors are ideal for food production facilities, commercial kitchens, medical equipment, pharmaceutical plants, abattoirs, and any wash-down or high-moisture workplace.

We supply stainless castors in 50mm to 200mm wheel diameters with load capacities up to 800kg, covering everything from light-duty trolleys to heavy-duty industrial machinery. Wheel options include nylon for strength and easy cleaning, TPR / rubber for quiet, non-marking movement, polyurethane for durability, and high-temperature wheels for ovens and autoclaves.

304 vs 316 Stainless Steel
Both grades offer corrosion resistance, but 316 stainless steel provides superior protection against chemicals, saltwater, steam and aggressive cleaning agents. If you require castors for marine, medical or harsh wash-down environments, 316 is the correct choice. For general food, catering and clean commercial use, 304 stainless steel offers outstanding performance and value.

Fitting Types Available
We offer bolt hole, top plate, swivel, fixed and braked stainless steel castors, allowing you to match the correct fitting to your trolley, frame or equipment. Each castor is designed for smooth, reliable movement and easy maintenance, even in demanding conditions.

Choosing the Right Stainless Steel Castor
When selecting a stainless castor, consider:
