Description
This 100 mm fixed stainless-steel castor is built to withstand extreme temperatures and demanding industrial conditions. Fitted with a high-temperature phenolic wheel, it performs reliably in environments where conventional wheels would soften, deform or fail. Suitable for continuous service from –40°C to +280°C, it is ideal for bakery ovens, heat-treatment facilities, autoclaves, drying rooms, commercial kitchens and high-temp production processes.
The phenolic wheel features a D85 hardness, offering excellent load-bearing strength, low rolling resistance and long service life under heat stress. Its fixed (rigid) design ensures stable, straight-line movement — perfect for equipment that must track accurately rather than swivel freely.
With a 125 kg load capacity, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel frame and 34 mm tread width, this castor delivers dependable mobility in temperature-intensive applications.
