This stainless steel braked high temperature bolt hole castor is engineered for applications requiring controlled mobility, secure braking, and exceptional heat resistance. Fitted with a 100 mm high temperature phenolic wheel, it delivers reliable performance in environments exposed to extreme temperatures.
With a 100 kg load capacity per castor, this model is ideal for light to medium-duty equipment such as ovens, bakery racks, drying trolleys and heat-processing machinery. The high temperature phenolic wheel operates effectively across a wide –30 °C to +250 °C temperature range, maintaining strength and dimensional stability under heat.
The integrated brake mechanism ensures equipment remains safely positioned when stationary, while the ball journal bearing provides smooth swivel movement under load. A bolt hole fixing (12 mm) allows fast installation with a compact, central mounting point. The stainless steel construction offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability in hygienic and industrial environments.
