This 125 mm heavy-duty swivel braked castor with polyurethane on aluminium wheel is engineered for industrial applications where high load capacity, controlled manoeuvrability and secure braking are essential. The swivel head allows smooth directional changes, while the integrated brake locks the wheel and swivel action to help stabilise equipment when stationary.
With a load capacity of 500 kg per castor, it’s well suited to industrial trolleys, machinery bases, handling carts and production platforms, delivering reliable performance under demanding conditions. The ball journal swivel bearing provides smooth, low-resistance rotation under load, contributing to consistent performance and long service life.
The polyurethane on aluminium wheel combines a lightweight aluminium core with a durable polyurethane tread, offering excellent load support, vibration reduction and floor protection. The 50 mm tread width and A92 Shore hardness provide a resilient running surface that balances durability, grip and quieter operation.
