Description
This 125mm swivel heavy duty fabricated castor with brake is designed for industrial applications where high load capacity, controlled mobility and secure positioning are essential. Manufactured with a strong top plate mounting and a smooth-running ball journal bearing, this castor provides reliable swivel performance under heavy loads.
The integrated total brake mechanism allows both the wheel rotation and swivel movement to be locked, ensuring equipment remains safely in position when stationary. Fitted with a solid nylon wheel, the castor offers excellent resistance to wear, impact and chemicals. With a 700kg load capacity per castor and a maximum combined load of 2100kg across four castors, it is suitable for demanding material handling applications.
Designed to operate within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, this castor performs reliably in cold storage, production areas and general industrial environments. The A92 hardness nylon tread provides low rolling resistance on smooth surfaces while maintaining stability under load.
