Description
This 160 mm stainless-steel swivel braked castor is engineered for high-temperature environments and demanding industrial applications. The castor features a high-temperature phenolic wheel, capable of operating between –40°C and +180°C, making it ideal for bakery ovens, heat-treatment facilities, autoclaves, curing rooms and other thermal-intensive settings.
The strong stainless-steel housing provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring long service life in wet, chemical or wash-down conditions. The plain bearing design performs reliably in extreme heat where lubricated bearings may fail. With a 250 kg load capacity, this castor delivers durability, stability and dependable performance.
A robust top-plate brake provides secure, positive locking for both the wheel and swivel action, helping maintain stability when equipment is stationary.
