Description
This 200mm swivel heavy duty fabricated castor is designed for extreme industrial applications where very high load capacity and dependable manoeuvrability are required. Manufactured with a robust top plate mounting and smooth-running ball journal bearing, this castor ensures controlled swivel movement even under maximum load conditions.
The castor is fitted with a solid nylon wheel, offering excellent resistance to wear, impact and many industrial chemicals. With a load capacity of 1000kg per castor and a maximum combined load of 3000kg across four castors, it is ideal for heavy machinery, transport frames and industrial handling equipment. The wheel performs reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, making it suitable for cold storage, production areas and general industrial environments.
The A92 hardness nylon tread provides low rolling resistance on smooth surfaces while maintaining high load stability. Its 200mm wheel diameter and 50mm tread width help reduce rolling effort, improving efficiency when moving very heavy loads.
