This heavy-duty LAG stainless steel fixed castor is engineered for maximum load stability, straight-line tracking, and exceptional corrosion resistance in demanding industrial and hygienic environments. Manufactured by LAG, a premium European castor brand, this castor delivers outstanding structural strength, precision manufacturing and long service life under continuous heavy loads.
Equipped with a large 300 mm blue polyurethane wheel bonded to a nylon centre, this fixed castor provides excellent wear resistance, low rolling resistance and superior floor protection, even when supporting substantial equipment weights. The polyurethane tread (87 Shore A) offers effective shock absorption while resisting moisture, oils, fats and aggressive cleaning chemicals — making it ideal for wash-down and food-processing environments.
With a 500 kg load capacity per castor and precision ball bearings, this model ensures smooth, low-effort rolling in fixed-direction applications where stability and controlled movement are critical. The extra-wide 60 mm tread and 360 mm total height provide outstanding load distribution and obstacle clearance for heavy machinery, conveyor systems and large mobile frames.
