Our Adjustable Feet consist of a threaded stem and a base, allowing for height adjustment. We have several options ranging from Rigid Furniture Levelling feet, Tilting Adjustable Feet, Heavy Duty feet, along with Bolt Down Adjustable feet for static equipment.  In industrial environments levelling feet are crucial in reducing machinery vibrations and we have a range of Anti Vibration machine mounts to suit. For external applications, kitchen equipmnet and food production we have a range of Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet and Nickel Plated Feet. For speciialised Conveyor sytems we offer Conveyor Adustable Feet.

How do I select the right adjustable feet for my equipment?

How do I install adjustable feet on wooden furniture? 

Firstly turn your furniture upside down, and drill the correct diameter hole in the bottom of the leg. Tap or screw a Tee Nut or Metal Wood Insert to suit into the wooden leg so its flush with the wood. From here you can thread the levelling foot into the insert. Whats important is you choose the correct Thread size of Tee Nut or Wood insert to the correspond with your levelling foot thread size. For metal machinery we also offer Weld on Nuts and Threaded Weld on Plates. For hollow furniture legs we offer metal threaded tube inserts to team up with our levelling feet. Our Adjustable Feet Accessories contain the attachment components required aswell as our Square Metal Threaded Inserts and Round Metal Threaded Inserts range. 

How do I know what size thread I need? 

A genral rule of thumb is the larger the thread size, the larger the base size, the more weight the adjustable feet can carry. Metric thread sizes are based on the diameter of the thread so for example an M6 thread is 6mm in diameter. We offer ranges from M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24. Use a caliper or vernier to acurately measure thread size. 

What if my floor is extrememly sloped or uneven? 

For pitched and uneven floors we would recommend our articulated Tilting Adjustable Feet. These feet have a ball and socket base and thread ensuring effective levelling on uneven surfaces.

Can adjustable feet handle heavy machinery?

Yes, many adjustable feet are designed to support heavy loads, but it's crucial to check the specified load capacity. Heavy duty Adjustable Feet can take higher loads, for example M12 Nu-Tech Heavy Duty Adjustable Conveyor Feet carry up to 1000kg each. Lighter duty furniture feet are more domestic and designed for lighter applications, for example our smallest M6 Tilting Feet can carry loads of up to 50kg.

Are adjustable feet resistant to environmental factors?

Our Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet and Nickel Plated Adjustable feet are ideal for wet outdoors or food production environments where exposure to moisture and chemicals creates a corrosive environment. Many of our levelling feet are manufactured from durable material and bases are Nylon or Stainless Steel for added protection.

Do you offer Fixing Brackets for side attachment ?

Yes we offer 2 side fixing brackets for either M8 or M10 Adjustable feet, and these can be found in our Adjustable Feet Accessories. We also offer non slip rubber shoes for added floor protection. These rubber bases fit under a 38mm diameter base foot and a 25mm diameter base foot.
