This 80 mm fixed stainless-steel castor is engineered for high-heat industrial environments requiring exceptional durability, stable rolling and reliable load handling. Fitted with a high-temperature phenolic wheel, it delivers outstanding resistance to extreme heat, supporting continuous operation from –40°C up to +280°C.
The solid stainless-steel housing provides long-lasting corrosion resistance, making the castor ideal for wash-down areas, food processing, baking and oven applications. With a 100 kg load capacity, it offers dependable support for heat-exposed racks, trolleys, production equipment and high-temperature transport systems.
With a D85 hardness rating, the wheel maintains structural integrity under both thermal and mechanical stress, ensuring stable, smooth rolling even in demanding heat-intensive conditions.
