Description
This 80 mm pressed steel swivel castor with directional brake and red polyamide wheel is designed for applications requiring smooth manoeuvrability with the ability to maintain controlled straight-line travel. The swivel action allows easy positioning, while the directional brake locks the swivel head to keep equipment moving in a fixed direction when required.
With a load capacity of 90 kg per castor, this model is suitable for medium-duty trolleys, carts and handling equipment. The ball journal bearing ensures smooth rotation under load, improving manoeuvrability and reducing rolling resistance during operation.
The polyurethane on nylon wheel provides a hard-wearing rolling surface with low rolling resistance and excellent load-bearing capability. Combined with an 85 Shore A tread hardness, it offers a balance of durability and floor protection. A top plate fixing allows secure installation, and the 106 mm total castor height keeps overall equipment height compact.
