Ross launches new Tube and Bracket range

Ross launches a new range of Tube and Bracket products for creating lean racking and bespoke picking trolleys. Now live online you can design and order our Connect A Tube products to create your own masterpiece. Originally used in automotive production lines this tube and bracket system soon became a part of lean manufacturing as it can be dismantled and reused when required.

Often used to create workbenches, workstations, picking trolleys and carts as well as gravity feed racking this tube and bracket system is fully customisable and reusable. Saving you both time and money as you can create the storage or trolley that suits your lean production line and warehouse.

All our ABS coated steel tube is 28mm in diameter and able to take 230kg every half meter span. Our strong interlocking steel brackets can hold 80kgs in shear before slippage of joints occurs. Our tube and bracket system is not only strong in performance but also flexible in design. A cheaper option than standard racking systems, Connect A Tube has the added benefit of being customisable and fully reusable.
