Description
This extended lead kingpinless top plate swivel castor is engineered for smooth, stable and low-effort movement in demanding industrial environments. With a load capacity of up to 544 kg per castor, it is ideal for towable trolleys, mobile production equipment and heavy handling systems that must track consistently with minimal push force.
The kingpinless design eliminates a common failure point found in traditional castors, providing greater strength, durability and a long service life. The extended lead geometry enhances directional stability, reducing swivel flutter during towing or pushing — particularly over uneven surfaces or long distances.
Fitted with a large 200 mm ergonomic polyurethane wheel, this castor delivers excellent shock absorption, low rolling resistance and gentle floor protection. It performs reliably across a wide temperature range from –20 °C to +80 °C, making it suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
