This heavy-duty swivel castor is built for tough industrial use, combining a large 250 mm (approx. 252 mm spec) wheel with a strong welded steel housing, a reliable ball-bearing hub and a robust directional lock + leading brake system. The super-elastic solid rubber tyre is reinforced with steel wire for durability and smooth rolling — ideal for heavy trolleys, baggage racks, runway-equipment, large containers or industrial transport units.
Thanks to the welded top-plate construction, strong kingpin design, and grease-able swivel head bearings, this castor is rugged enough for demanding environments while offering dependable manoeuvrability. The directional lock gives fixed-direction control when needed, and the leading brake ensures secure stopping without risk of brake-pedal obstruction under loads.
