Description
This 160mm medium duty jacking castor is designed for applications requiring higher load capacity, exceptional durability and secure stabilisation in demanding industrial environments. Once positioned, the integrated jacking mechanism allows the unit to be raised by 76mm, lifting the wheel clear of the floor so the load is supported firmly and securely by the jack foot.
Fitted with a swivel cast iron wheel, this castor delivers excellent load-bearing performance and outstanding resistance to wear, making it ideal for harsh industrial conditions and continuous use. Cast iron wheels are best suited to hard, level surfaces where maximum durability is required. The roller bearing construction ensures smooth rolling under load, while the swivel head allows accurate positioning before jacking.
With a 200kg load capacity per castor (400kg when used as a pair), this jacking castor is well suited to heavier machinery, workbenches and industrial equipment that must be moved into position and then held securely without movement.
