This 200 mm heavy-duty swivel braked castor is engineered for very demanding industrial applications where maximum load capacity, controlled manoeuvrability and secure braking are essential. The swivel head allows smooth directional movement, while the integrated brake locks both the wheel and swivel head to keep equipment safely positioned when stationary.
With a load capacity of 500 kg per castor, this model is ideal for heavy industrial trolleys, machinery bases, manufacturing frames and material handling systems that require both mobility and reliable stopping power. The ball journal swivel bearing ensures controlled rotation under load, supporting dependable performance and long service life in tough working environments.
The rubber on aluminium wheel combines a strong aluminium core with a shock-absorbing rubber tread, delivering excellent load support while helping to reduce vibration and protect floor surfaces. The 40 mm tread width and A67 Shore hardness provide a balanced combination of durability, grip and quiet rolling. Designed for use within a temperature range of –20°C to +85°C, this castor performs reliably across a wide range of indoor industrial applications.
