This M8 × 0.75 threaded mini indexing plunger is a compact, high-quality locking and positioning component — ideal for thin-walled sheet metal work, adjustable fixtures, machinery, jigs, frames, or modular equipment assemblies. The combination of a glass-reinforced thermoplastic body and a stainless-steel plunger pin with spring gives durable, reliable performance while keeping weight low.
The spring-loaded plunger design allows easy index locking and unlocking: simply pull the knob to retract the pin for adjustment, then release to engage the plunger pin into a hole — securing your moving component in a precise position. This makes it perfect for repeated use where repeatable positioning, safety and quick manual adjustment are important.
