This 160mm fixed heavy duty fabricated castor is purpose-built for industrial applications requiring strong, reliable straight-line movement under high loads. Featuring a sturdy top plate mounting and smooth-running ball journal bearing, this fixed castor ensures stable and efficient performance in heavy-duty environments.
Equipped with a solid nylon wheel, it provides exceptional resistance to wear, impact and many industrial chemicals. With a 900kg load capacity per castor and a maximum combined load of 2700kg across four castors, it’s ideally suited to robust trolleys, heavy equipment and material handling frameworks. The wheel is designed to perform reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, fitting both cold-store and factory settings.
The A92 hardness nylon tread offers low rolling resistance on smooth surfaces while maintaining top-level load stability. The 160mm wheel diameter and 50mm tread width deliver a solid blend of strength and manoeuvrability for industrial use.
