This 160 mm heavy-duty swivel castor with leading brake and white nylon wheel is engineered for demanding industrial use where high load capacity, controlled forward braking and smooth manoeuvrability are essential. The leading brake is designed to engage as the wheel rolls forward, helping to control motion and stabilise loaded equipment without compromising swivel movement — ideal for workshop floors, ramps or material-handling pathways.
With a 700 kg load capacity per castor, this model delivers robust performance for heavy trolleys, machine bases, fabrication carts and logistics platforms. The ball journal swivel bearing ensures smooth, low-resistance rotation under load, contributing to reliable performance and a long service life even in tough industrial environments.
The white nylon wheel provides excellent wear resistance, low rolling resistance and good chemical resistance, making it ideal for hard, smooth floors in manufacturing, warehousing and assembly environments. The 50 mm tread width and D75 tread hardness deliver a stable contact surface under load, while the broad temperature range (–40 °C to +80 °C) ensures consistent performance across a wide range of indoor conditions.
A large top plate fixing (140 × 110 mm) with 105 × 80/75 mm hole centres and 10 mm hole diameter ensures secure mounting and effective load distribution for heavy equipment installations requiring controlled braking and mobility.
