Description
This 250mm Flexello-equivalent extra heavy duty swivel castor from LAG is engineered for the most demanding industrial applications where extreme load capacity, durability and controlled swivel movement are essential. Manufactured in Italy, this castor meets stringent European quality standards, delivering exceptional performance and long service life in harsh operating environments.
Designed as a high-performance alternative to Flexello-type castors, this model features a robust top plate mounting and precision taper roller bearing, ensuring smooth swivel action and excellent load distribution even under very high loads. The bearing system is specifically suited to heavy industrial use, reducing resistance and extending service life.
The wheel is manufactured from polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core, combining outstanding shock absorption, reduced noise and floor protection with the structural strength of cast iron. The blue polyurethane tyre offers excellent wear resistance and reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +80°C.
With an exceptional 2950kg load capacity per castor and a maximum combined load of 8850kg across four castors, this LAG castor is ideal for large industrial equipment, heavy machinery, transport systems and mobile platforms operating under extreme load conditions.
