This 200 mm heavy-duty swivel castor with leading brake delivers high load support, controlled manoeuvrability and enhanced braking performance for demanding industrial applications. The leading brake engages when the wheel rolls forward to help moderate movement and stabilise heavy equipment, especially useful on slight gradients or busy workshop floors.
With an 800 kg load capacity per castor, it’s ideal for industrial trolleys, equipment bases, material-handling platforms and production carts that operate under significant loads. The ball journal swivel bearing provides smooth, dependable rotation under load, supporting reliable performance and long service life in tough environments.
The polyurethane on aluminium wheel combines a lightweight aluminium core with a durable polyurethane tread, offering excellent load support, vibration absorption and floor protection. The 50 mm tread width and 92 Shore A hardness deliver a resilient running surface that balances traction, wear resistance and quieter rolling. Designed for use across a temperature range of –20 °C to +60 °C, this castor performs reliably in a wide variety of indoor industrial settings.
