Description
This 160mm electro-conductive castor is designed to provide effective static charge dissipation and smooth movement for equipment used in electrostatic-sensitive environments. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely discharges static electricity, making this model suitable for electronics production areas, laboratories, cleanrooms and other ESD-controlled spaces.
Fitted with a polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, the wheel delivers durable load support with enhanced floor protection and reduced noise. The ball journal bearing ensures smooth, reliable rolling under load, and the swivel design allows easy manoeuvrability for mobile equipment.
With a 350kg load capacity per castor (1050kg for a set of four), this model is ideal for medium to heavy-duty trolleys, workstations, equipment carts and industrial platforms that require both load support and static dissipation. The 95 Shore A hardness of the polyurethane tread provides good wear resistance while maintaining comfortable rolling performance.
