This extra heavy duty jacking castor is designed for extreme load applications where safe lifting, controlled movement and rigid positioning are essential. With a 2500kg load capacity per castor, it is suitable for some of the most demanding industrial environments.
The castor is fitted with a 250mm polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, delivering exceptional strength while reducing noise and offering improved floor protection compared to plain cast iron wheels. The taper roller bearing construction ensures smooth, reliable rolling under very high loads and long-term durability.
The swivel jacking design allows equipment to be positioned accurately before lifting, raising the wheel clear of the floor and transferring the load securely to the jack foot. This makes the castor ideal for heavy machinery that must remain completely stable once in position.
