Description
This 250mm Flexello-equivalent extra heavy duty fabricated fixed castor from LAG is engineered for extreme industrial load applications where massive load support, straight-line stability and durability are essential. Manufactured in Italy, this castor adheres to high European quality standards, delivering consistent performance and long service life even under continuous heavy use.
Designed as a robust Flexello-equivalent solution, this fixed castor features a sturdy fabricated top plate mounting paired with a precision taper roller bearing, ensuring smooth rolling and excellent load distribution under very heavy loads. The taper roller bearing system is specifically tailored for extreme duty conditions, reducing resistance and offering improved wear life.
The wheel is built from polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core, combining outstanding shock absorption, noise reduction and floor protection with the structural strength of cast iron. The red polyurethane tyre delivers excellent wear resistance and dependable performance across a wide operating temperature range from –20°C to +80°C.
With an impressive 2950kg load capacity per castor and a combined maximum load of 8850kg across four castors, this LAG fixed model is ideal for large industrial platforms, heavy machinery bases, material handling systems and mobile structures requiring strong directional control under heavy loads.
