To receive a CAD drawing of this product please enter your details below:
This 160mm swivel braked bolt hole castor with an anti-static rubber wheel is designed for applications requiring controlled manoeuvrability, secure braking and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely dissipates static electricity, helping protect sensitive electronics and components in environments such as electronics manufacturing, laboratories, cleanrooms and ESD-controlled workspaces.
The swivel action allows smooth and responsive movement in all directions, while the integrated brake locks both the wheel and swivel head to prevent unwanted movement once positioned. The bolt hole fixing ensures a robust and secure attachment to equipment or frames where space or design doesn’t allow for a plate or stem fitting. A roller bearing delivers smooth rolling performance and dependable operation under load.
With a 135kg load capacity per castor, this model is ideal for medium-duty trolleys, mobile workstations and equipment carts where static control and secure positioning are important. The A80 rubber tread helps reduce noise and vibration while offering excellent floor protection on smooth indoor floors.
