Description
This 200 mm heavy-duty fixed fabricated top plate castor is engineered for extreme load applications where strength, stability and straight-line control are essential. Manufactured with a reinforced fabricated steel housing, it is designed to withstand continuous use in the most demanding industrial environments.
Offering an outstanding load capacity of 1200 kg per castor, this model is ideal for heavy machinery, large fabrication frames and industrial transport equipment. The fixed castor configuration ensures precise directional movement, making it particularly suitable for installations where guided or linear travel is required.
The castor features a 200 mm diameter polyurethane on cast iron wheel, combining a solid cast iron core with a high-performance polyurethane tread. The 50 mm wide tread, manufactured to a hard-wearing A92 Shore hardness, delivers excellent load distribution, high abrasion resistance and smooth rolling performance while helping to minimise floor damage. Designed for demanding environments, the wheel operates reliably across a temperature range of –40 °C to +60 °C.
A robust top plate measuring 135 × 110 mm, with 105 × 80/75 mm hole centres and 10 mm fixing holes, provides secure and stable mounting to steel structures and fabricated frames. With a total castor height of 245 mm, this castor offers increased ground clearance while maintaining exceptional load stability.
