This 200 mm heavy-duty swivel castor with directional lock and white nylon wheel is engineered for industrial applications where very high load support, controlled straight-line movement and smooth manoeuvrability are essential. The directional lock allows you to lock the swivel action so the castor rolls straight ahead — reducing steering effort on long runs or through narrow aisles — yet can be unlocked when full swivel mobility is needed.
With an 800 kg load capacity per castor, this model is ideal for industrial trolleys, machinery bases, material-handling platforms and production equipment operating under significant weight. The ball journal swivel bearing delivers smooth, low-resistance rotation under load, contributing to dependable performance and long service life even in demanding environments.
The white nylon wheel provides excellent wear resistance, low rolling resistance and good chemical resistance, making it well-suited to hard, smooth floor surfaces encountered in workshops, warehouses and plants. The 50 mm tread width and D75 tread hardness offer a stable contact profile that supports heavy loads while helping reduce effort during movement. Designed for use within a temperature range of –40 °C to +80 °C, this castor performs reliably across a variety of indoor industrial conditions.
A large top plate fixing (140 × 110 mm) with 105 × 80/75 mm hole centres and 10 mm hole diameter ensures secure mounting and effective load distribution for heavy-duty installations requiring directional control.
