Description
This 200mm swivel braked electro-conductive castor is engineered for applications that require smooth manoeuvrability, secure braking and electrostatic discharge (ESD) control. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely dissipates static electricity, helping protect sensitive equipment and components in electronics manufacturing, cleanrooms, laboratories and ESD-controlled industrial environments.
The swivel design provides easy directional movement, while the integrated brake locks both the wheel and swivel head to prevent unwanted rolling or swivelling once the equipment is positioned. Fitted with a polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, this castor delivers robust load support, excellent floor protection and reduced noise. A ball journal bearing ensures smooth and reliable rolling performance under load.
With a 400kg load capacity per castor (1200kg total for a set of four), this model is suitable for medium to heavy-duty trolleys, mobile workstations, industrial carts and equipment platforms that require both load support and ESD management. The 95 Shore A tread hardness balances wear resistance with smooth rolling action.
