Description
This 200mm electro-conductive castor is designed to offer effective static charge dissipation and smooth manoeuvrability for mobile equipment used in electrostatic-sensitive environments. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely channels static electricity away, making it ideal for electronics manufacturing, cleanrooms, laboratories and controlled industrial settings where electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is essential.
Fitted with a polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, the wheel delivers strong load support while helping protect floor surfaces and minimise noise. The ball journal bearing ensures smooth rolling performance under load, and the swivel design allows easy movement and direction changes for mobile equipment.
With a 400kg load capacity per castor (1200kg for a set of four), this model is well suited to medium to heavy-duty trolleys, workstations, equipment carts and industrial platforms that require both load support and ESD protection. The 95 Shore A tread hardness balances wear resistance with good rolling comfort.
