This 125mm fixed electro-conductive castor is engineered to combine static charge dissipation with stable, straight-line movement for mobile or stationary equipment in electrostatic-sensitive environments. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely directs static electricity away from the load, making this castor suitable for electronics manufacturing, cleanrooms, laboratories and controlled industrial settings where electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is essential.
Fitted with a polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, the wheel delivers strong load support, good wear resistance and floor protection while reducing noise. A ball journal bearing ensures smooth rolling performance under load, and the fixed (rigid) design provides reliable directional stability for equipment that does not require swivel manoeuvrability.
With a 200kg load capacity per castor (600kg for a set of four), this model is well suited to light to medium-duty trolleys, workstations, equipment carts and industrial platforms that demand both load support and static dissipation. The 95 Shore A tread hardness balances durability with smooth rolling action.
Load Capacity: 200kg per castor / 600kg per 4

Industrial platforms requiring straight-line stability
The electro-conductive tread helps mitigate static build-up, protecting both sensitive electronics and personnel in controlled spaces.
Ross Handling supplies castors selected for industrial reliability, effective ESD control and consistent performance. This electro-conductive fixed castor offers a dependable solution where static dissipation, straight-line stability and robust construction are essential, making it a strong choice for demanding environments where both movement and electrostatic safety are critical.
