Description
This 80mm fixed electro-conductive castor is engineered for static charge dissipation and stable straight-line movement in electrostatic-sensitive environments. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely directs static electricity away from the load, making this castor ideal for electronics manufacturing, cleanrooms, laboratories and controlled industrial areas where electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is essential.
Fitted with a polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, the wheel delivers strong load support, excellent wear resistance and floor protection while reducing noise. A ball journal bearing ensures smooth rolling performance under load, and the fixed (rigid) design provides reliable directional stability for equipment that does not require swivel motion.
With a 100kg load capacity per castor (300kg total for a set of four), this model is perfect for light-duty trolleys, mobile workstations, test rigs and equipment carts that require both load support and ESD management. The 95 Shore A tread hardness provides a balanced combination of durability and smooth rolling action.
