Description
This 80mm electro-conductive castor is designed to provide effective static charge dissipation and smooth rolling performance for equipment in electrostatic-sensitive environments. The electrically conductive rubber tread safely discharges static electricity, making it suitable for electronics manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, laboratories and industrial spaces where ESD control is important.
Fitted with a polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron core, the castor wheel delivers durable load support with floor-friendly performance and reduced noise. The ball journal bearing ensures smooth, reliable movement under load, and the swivel design allows easy manoeuvrability for mobile equipment.
With a 100kg load capacity per castor (300kg total for four), this model is ideal for light to medium-duty trolleys, workstations and carts that require both load support and static dissipation. The 95 Shore A hardness of the polyurethane tread provides good wear resistance while maintaining a comfortable rolling action.
