Description
This 125mm heavy duty jacking castor is engineered for demanding industrial applications where high load capacity, dependable rollability and substantial lifting height are required. The integrated jacking mechanism allows the unit to be raised by up to 200mm, lifting the wheel clear of the floor to transfer the load securely to the jack foot for stable positioning.
Fitted with a swivel polyurethane tyre bonded to a cast iron wheel, this castor delivers excellent shock absorption, reduced vibration and superior floor protection compared to hard wheels. The roller bearing construction ensures smooth rolling performance under load, while the swivel head allows accurate positioning before lifting. Operation is controlled using a handle-operated lifter, designed for ease of use in heavy-duty environments.
With a 550kg load capacity per castor (1100kg when used as a pair), this heavy duty jacking castor is ideal for machinery, industrial platforms and equipment that must be moved, positioned and stabilised reliably.
