Description
This 100mm rustic cast iron fixed castor with rubber tyre is designed for applications where straight-line movement and classic vintage styling are required. The fixed (rigid) design allows the castor to roll in one direction only, making it ideal for furniture or equipment that needs controlled tracking rather than full swivel movement.
The rubber tyre bonded to a cast iron wheel combines traditional industrial character with quieter, floor-friendly rolling, helping to reduce noise and protect hard surfaces such as wood, laminate, tile and vinyl. With a 32mm tread width, the wheel offers stable contact and smooth forward motion.
Mounted using a top plate fitting, this castor secures firmly with a 92 × 68mm plate, 72 × 44mm hole centres and 8mm fixing holes, ensuring a strong and reliable installation. With a 100mm wheel diameter, 120kg load capacity per castor and a 136mm total height, it is well suited to medium-duty rustic and industrial furniture applications.
