Description
This 125 mm Apex heavy-duty fixed castor with an ergonomic polyurethane wheel is designed for industrial and commercial applications where straight-line stability and controlled movement are essential. The fixed configuration prevents swivel rotation, making it ideal for trolleys, machinery bases, production line equipment and material handling platforms that need predictable directional travel.
The castor offers a load capacity of 362 kg per unit, providing dependable strength for medium to heavy-duty applications. It is fitted with a ball journal bearing, allowing for smooth, consistent rolling under load while helping prevents binding during prolonged use.
The 125 mm diameter ergonomic polyurethane wheel is designed to reduce vibration and rolling resistance compared with harder materials. With a 50 mm tread width and a Shore A92 hardness, the wheel provides excellent stability, durability and floor protection, making it suitable for both industrial and warehouse environments. The wheel operates reliably within a temperature range of –20 °C to +60 °C, ensuring dependable performance in most indoor working conditions.
This fixed castor features a heavy-duty top plate mounting measuring 140 mm × 110 mm, with 105 × 80/75 mm hole centres and 10 mm bolt holes, allowing for secure fixing and even load distribution. The overall castor height is 164 mm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial frames and equipment bases.
