Description
This 250mm Flexello-equivalent extra heavy duty fixed castor from LAG is engineered for extreme industrial load applications where high load support, straight-line stability and long-term durability are essential. Manufactured in Italy, this castor meets strict European quality standards, delivering dependable performance and extended service life in demanding environments.
Designed as a high-performance Flexello-equivalent alternative, this castor features a robust top plate mounting and precision taper roller bearing, ensuring smooth rolling and excellent load distribution under very heavy loads. The taper roller bearing is engineered for heavy duty use, providing reduced resistance and increased longevity even under constant stress.
The wheel is made from polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core, combining outstanding shock absorption, noise reduction and floor protection with the rugged strength of cast iron. The red polyurethane tyre delivers excellent wear resistance and reliable performance across a wide temperature range from –20°C to +80°C.
With an impressive 2950kg load capacity per castor and a maximum combined load of 8850kg across four castors, this LAG fixed castor is ideal for large industrial equipment, heavy machinery frames, material handling systems and mobile structures that require high load performance and stable movement.
